Coach iris
Certified Personal Trainer
Iris (23) was born and raised in Holland. Since she was young, she has played softball at a high-skill level, which introduced her to weightlifting & plyometrics. She visited Sal last winter to conduct a research project for her thesis about people with physical disabilities on the island. It was a challenging project, but it was both interesting and empowering for her. She quickly fell in love with the country. Having recently graduated as an occupational therapist and a personal trainer, it's an ideal time for her to return. Iris is eager to share her enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge during classes and workshops!

Coach vick
Certified Personal Trainer
Vick (26) was born and raised in Praia, Santiago island (CV). For the past 10 years, he has trained outside twice a day, favoring calisthenics over the confines of a sweaty gym. In 2019, he earned the title of kickboxing champion of Cape Verde, a feat he attributes in part to the belief his coach had in him. After securing the championship, he relocated to Sal for work and to impart the discipline required to excel in a sport to others. Vick relishes in sharing his knowledge and lifestyle during classes and workshops.
